Terms of Service
These terms explain how to use hamiltonheavytowing.com and interpret its towing, recovery, roadside-assistance and transport information. Hamilton Heavy Towing can be contacted at 289-670-3373, hamiltonheavytowing@gmail.com or 457 Woodward Ave, Hamilton, ON L8H 3B2. Website information helps start an enquiry; the actual service scope and authorization must be confirmed directly.
An enquiry is the start of a conversation
A call, email or form submission requests information or assistance. A saved form reference does not confirm a booking, price, arrival time or truck dispatch. Automatic form-to-email delivery is currently unconnected: after saving, open the prepared email and press Send, or call. Confirm the accepted request, contact arrangements and next step directly before relying on a collection.
Service descriptions and vehicle assessment
Service pages describe the types of enquiries offered, rather than guaranteeing one method for every vehicle or site. Supply accurate vehicle details, loaded condition, dimensions when known, trailer information and any brake, steering, wheel or collision damage. Equipment suitability, recovery needs and the proposed transport method must be assessed for the actual circumstances. Website images or service names do not establish a particular truck capacity or certification.
Access, authority and receiving arrangements
Identify who may authorize movement of the vehicle and who controls pickup access. Disclose gates, parking-structure clearance, ground conditions and other known approach limits. Obtain appropriate property instructions rather than assuming unrestricted entry. Confirm that the chosen shop, yard or other destination can receive the unit, including after-hours arrangements. Cargo handling, separate trailer movement and additional destinations need an expressly agreed scope.
Illustrative prices and the operator's actual rates
Ranges labelled as third-party market references are illustrative figures from another provider's published material. They are not Hamilton Heavy Towing prices, a maximum-rate schedule, a written estimate or an offer to perform your job at that amount. They may describe different vehicles, inclusions or conditions. Do not calculate an accepted charge from those references alone.
Obtain the applicable operator-specific rate information and the documents required for your request. Confirm what is included, applicable tax and any proposed recovery, waiting, storage or other work before authorization.
Timing, changes and cancellation
Roadside assistance is offered 24/7; a particular vehicle, equipment method or collection time still requires confirmation. An attendance estimate can change with the incident, access or other operating circumstances. Tell the business promptly if the vehicle moves, assistance is no longer required or the destination changes. Ask about any applicable cancellation or waiting arrangement before authorizing work; this website does not establish a blanket cancellation fee.
Insurance, memberships and payment expectations
Contact your insurer, fleet, rental company or roadside-assistance program about its approval process and any reimbursement conditions. A service enquiry does not confirm coverage, direct billing, membership acceptance or reimbursement. Keep the agreed service information and invoice for your records. Confirm payment arrangements directly and use the applicable statutory documents; the website does not collect online payment or replace an itemized service invoice.
Emergencies and restricted highway tow zones
Call 911 for an emergency or a vehicle in a travelled lane. For towing from a safe position inside an Ontario restricted towing zone, call 511 and follow the official process. The program has specific authorized-provider rules; this website does not claim Hamilton Heavy Towing is a designated zone operator. Online enquiries are not monitored as an emergency dispatch channel. Follow police and other authorized officials' directions.
Educational content, images and external resources
Planning guides and FAQs provide general information. They cannot diagnose damage, certify a route or replace manufacturer transport instructions and professional on-site assessment. Do not use them as instructions to attempt hazardous recovery work. Images are original marketing visuals, not evidence of completed customer jobs, fleet ownership or a specific equipment configuration. Linked official and third-party resources can change; review the current source for its own terms and guidance.
Consumer rights, privacy and updates
These website terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, required towing consent, rate disclosures, invoice protections or other rights under applicable law. Raise service or website concerns using the contact details above; Ontario also provides towing consumer information and a complaints process. Personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Website information and these terms may be updated, with the date above identifying the current version.
